Pianobar, a command line client for Pandora, has instantly become my favorite way to listen to music online.

I followed these instructions to install Pianobar with Last.fm scrobbling support, which is a feature that has been missing for a while. My previous solution was to use LastPandora, but that service broke when the HTML5 version of Pandora came out a couple months ago.

Music services like Pandora are important to me so I can let them play in the background while working, and pianobar is a perfectly unobtrusive solution.
